Assisted Living Facility at 2100 Idlewood Changes Hands

The investment entity 2100 Idlewood Avenue LP sold the 72,800-square-foot assisted living facility at 2100 Idlewood Ave. in Richmond City, VA, to RAH Winthrop Manor LLC for $2.1 million, or about $29 per square foot. Known as Winthrop Hall, the property near Byrd Park was built in 1913 and was originally the John B. Cary Elementary School.
