Absolute Title Sells HQ in Ann Arbor for $1.6M

Foundation Buys Office Bldg.; Plans New Autistic High School

Absolute Title Co. sold its 12,000-square-foot office building at 401 S. Maple Road in Ann Arbor, MI, to Veritas Christi Educational Foundation for $1.55 million, or about $129 per square foot. The location will serve as the city's first autistic high school.
