CBS Broadcasting leased 85,989 square feet at 190 S. Wood Ave. in Iselin, NJ, for 15 years. Other terms of the lease were not disclosed. CBS intends to use the facility to house its archives. The 147,969-square-foot warehouse is in the Perth Amboy/GSP Industrial submarket and was built in 1982.
