A key London Midtown office investment opportunity has come to market for £65 million.
The private Middle Eastern owner has appointed Savills and Newmark to sell 280 High Holborn.
The 69,800-square-foot office was developed over lower ground and seven upper floors by Hines in 2012 and was sold to the owner in 2014, then a private client of Citibank.
It is leased to four office tenants including Gilead Science and law firm Joseph Hage Aaronson with one floor of office vacancy. The retail on the ground floor is leased to Pret A Manger.
Felix Rabeneck, director, central London and international, at Savills said: "This is a terrific opportunity for an investor to come in and enhance a really exciting asset in a strong Midtown location."
