Buyer Plans Redevelopment of Shattuck Avenue Property

Richard Harms, Robert Harms and Donald Sweet sold a 7,999-square-foot retail property in Berkeley, CA, in an all-cash deal for $2.5 million. Avi Nevo purchased 2655 Shattuck Ave., the retail building occupied at the time of sale by Reel: The Real Movie Store, a division of Hollywood Video.
