Northshore Development, a real estate development firm specializing in apartment, residential and hotel properties led by CEO Franz Hanning, a former top executive for Wyndham Vacation Ownership, recently acquired the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center at 201 Lafayette St. in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for $40.5 million, which works out to approximately $139,175 per room.
