A real estate development and investment firm led by former NFL offensive lineman Zach Wiegert, who played for the St. Louis Rams, Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans, has acquired one of Dallas' largest assemblages of properties in West Dallas, putting what is expected to be a decades-long development play into the hands of the well-heeled investors.
