SWH Investments II LLC has reached agreement with EPA Region 7 for the cleanup and redevelopment of the century-old St. Louis chemical manufacturing facility along the west bank of the Mississippi River. The agreement, reached under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), enables the go ahead for addressing the short-term and long-term remedy for removing the hazardous waste.
