Phillips Edison Sells Ashland Square for $1.4 Million

Local Businessman Purchases 213,785-SF Retail Center

Phillips Edison & Co. sold the Ashland Square retail center at 1971 - 2013 S. Baney Road in Ashland, OH, to Scott Conery of Conery Manufacturing Inc. for $1.4 million, or about $7 per square foot. The center is comprised of three buildings totaling 213,785 square feet on approximately 40 acres about 80 minutes northeast of Columbus.
