Integra Realty Resources will open an office in Raleigh, which will be the firm's second office in North Carolina and its 59th nationally. Chris Morris, with 23 years experience as a CRE appraiser and former partner of Shaw, Boykin & Morris Inc., was tapped as managing director. Local appraiser John Hildebrand, formerly of Bidencope & Associates, joined as a senior analyst.
