Mars Supermarket acquired 9625-9627 Philadelphia Road in Rosedale, MD, from Atlantic Builders Group Inc. for $3 million, or approximately $90 per square foot. The buyer, a Maryland-based supermarket chain, will use the majority of the building for its new corporate headquarters and plans to occupy the space in the first quarter of next year.
