Wachovia/Wells Fargo Takes Control of 1.5 Million-SF Shopping Mall

St. Ann Shopping Center LLC, a company formed by Wachovia/Wells Fargo, acquired the Northwest Plaza in Saint Ann, MO, from private investors through a forclosure sale. The transaction closed for $29.95 million, or about $20 per square foot.
