Scripto-Tokai, the manufacturer of pens and lighters, has signed a 10-year lease worth $5.1 million in the Rancho Cucamonga Corporate Center. Located on the corner of Milliken Ave. and Foothill Blvd., this 120,000-square-foot building is now under construction with the move-in date scheduled for 4th quarter 2000. This is only the beginning of construction in the 140-acre distribution complex on the east side of Milliken Ave. Owner Catellus Development Corp. of San Francisco, represented by Len Santoro and Frank Geraci of CB Richard Ellis, plan to construct 3 more buildings in the complex that would add up to a total of 1.4 million square feet of rentable space. Chuck Belden of Cushman & Wakefield did the deal for Scripto. By: Casey Czapski (4/20/2000)
