The family of New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson has closed a deal to buy the 26-story Dominion Tower office building and two other properties near the Louisiana Superdome. It's one of the largest real estate transactions in downtown New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina devastated the Big Easy in 2005.
