Office Demand in Orlando Strongest in Downtown and Urban Areas

Halfway through the year, some discernible trends have begun emerging in Orlando’s office sector. In addition to office property sales volume declining more than 20% over the previous year, and the average lease size also declining, it appears that downtown and urban properties are managing to hold onto existing tenants better than suburban areas.
