DLC's Levittown Redevelopment Project Complete

Wal-Mart, Ross, and Famous Footwear Latest Retailers to Open at Levittown Town Center

DLC Management recently delivered Levittown Town Center, 468,675-square-foot power center in Levittown, PA. A Wal-Mart Supercenter (180,000 sq. ft.), Ross Dress for Less (27,869 sq. ft.), and Famous Footwear (6,750 sq. ft.) are the most recent retailers to open their doors at the center, which is located just off Route 13 in Lower Bucks County. By the end of this year, Sally Beauty, Deb Shops, PCX Clothing Company, Advance Auto Parts, Sleepy’s, AT&T Wireless, Dollar Tree, Pets Plus and GameStop are expected to open their doors. Other already open retailers include Home Depot (97,985 sq. ft.), Pets Plus (10,000 sq. ft.), Wachovia, Sonic, and KFC/Taco Bell, among others.
