Maya Capital LLP has hired Jared Hart to oversee the launch of a new investment vehicle targeting UK retail assets in need of regeneration. The new vehicle will target retail assets in London and in the UK regions with a view to acquiring £250m worth of assets, building on Maya Capital’s expertise in the commercial office market.
