Chinese developers R&F Properties (UK) and CC Land have appointed JLL and CBRE as the letting agents for 250 residential units at Thames City, in Nine Elms in London.
Thames City is 12 buildings with residential towers designed by SOM. The bulk of the development is still under construction. It includes 1,400 homes, alongside shops and outdoor space including a 2.5-acre Linear Park.
