Keller Investment taps CMBS market for $719 million apartment refinancing

Loan backs 13-property portfolio across Utah, Nevada and Arizona as supply pressures ease

Keller Investment Properties is heading to the securitization market with a $718.5 million mortgage originated by Nomura's commercial real estate arm, tapping bond investors to refinance a 13-property, 3,321-unit apartment portfolio across Utah, Nevada and Arizona.
