San Diego’s unemployment rate dipped to 4.6% in November, according to the latest jobs report from the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics. That was the lowest rate in San Diego since May, and came down from 4.9% in the last report for September. The statewide rate for California in November was 5.4%.
