Denver-based The True Life Companies expanded its presence in Northern California with the acquisition of the Fremont Corners retail center at the corner of Sunnyvale Saratoga Road and East Fremont Ave. in Sunnyvale. The $27.47 million sale works out to about $617 per square foot.
