Portion of Day Creek Village Trades for $11M

JV Acquires Fully Leased Rancho Cucamonga Retail Property

A joint venture of Towne Park Plaza LP and Webb Management & Investments acquired the fully leased shopping center portion of Day Creek Village in Rancho Cucamonga for $11 million, or about $440 per square foot. The property sold at a 7.25 percent cap rate.
