M&G Real Estate has appointed Edinburgh-based property developer Qmile Group and enlisted Savills and JLL, as it assembles the team to bring forward one of Scotland's most significant developments, the £300m redevelopment of Haymarket. The development consortium will have a familiar face in Edinburgh as M&G and Paul Curran as well as some of the agency advisers have been the driving force in recent years at the successful Quartermile development in the capital.
