Three years after first announcing plans for the project, Nokia Canada has started construction on a plan to convert much of its existing 26-acre campus in Ottawa’s Kanata North Technology Park into a mixed-use 'innovation' hub to include research and development, corporate space, as well as residential and commercial areas.
