UC Regents Buy Golden Bear Center From The Blackstone Group

UC Buys 171,000-Sq-Ft. Office Bldg. at 1995 University Ave. in Berkeley

The University of California Regents purchased the Golden Bear Center, a 171,000-square-foot office building at 1995 University Ave. in Berkeley, for $53 million or about $310 per square foot. The University of California at Berkeley occupies most of the building.
