Tenant Acquires Property in Partial Sale-Leaseback

A private family trust acquired the 17,256-square-foot flex building at 2230 Enterprise St. in San Diego's Escondido submarket from Royann Enterprises LLC for $3.1 million, or approximately $180 per square foot.
