Thompson National Adds 102,800 SF in Office Assets to Portfolio

Irvine, CA-based Thompson National Properties LLC purchased the 102,800-square-foot Kodak Hollywood Campus in Los Angeles from Eastman Kodak Co. for $31.44 million, or nearly $306 per square foot.
