Local Firm Pays $5 Million for Lahser Center I and II

Foster Financial Company, a local investment firm, purchased two office buildings totaling 179,259 square feet in Southfield, Michigan, from La Jolla, California-based Interwest Capital Group. Lahser Center I and II sold for $5 million, or about $28 per square foot.
