A real estate investment fund managed by U.S. real estate investment manager Clarion Partners joined with Metropolitan Realty Associates, a real estate investment and development company, to purchase a 304,249-square-foot logistics facility constructed in 2012 as a build-to-suit for FedEx Ground near Hartford, Connecticut.
