KPMG LLP leased 260,000 square feet at an 82-story office tower in Chicago. The audit, tax and advisory company’s 1,700 local workers will occupy floors 53-61 at Aon Center, a 2.65 million-square-foot skyscraper at 200 E. Randolph St. in the East Loop submarket. The 15-year direct deal will begin in August 2012.
