Xochitl Inc., a snack foods manufacturer and distributor, purchased a 68,800-square-foot warehouse/manufacturing building at 6020 Colwell Blvd. in Irving, TX, from Nirtag US Inc. A source close to the deal said Building 8 in the Dallas Communications Complex sold for nearly $39 per square foot, or $2.67 million.
