It has been three years since the storied Palace Bowling Lanes closed its doors in Houston, and now plans to redevelop the former 1950s-era bowling alley into a two-story mixed-use project are well underway. Developer Triple Crown Investments has named two high-profile tenants that will open in the 80,000 square-foot adaptive reuse project next year.
