Arguably, no area in Dallas has experienced a more significant transformation than Uptown and the adjacent Turtle Creek area. From the days when used-car lots, family restaurants and working-class houses dotted the landscape 40 years ago, to today where it’s a flourishing office and entertainment district, the neighborhood has added over 14 million square feet of new office space, growing by 650%, since 1980.
