General managers
Jared Dayton
Dayton has been appointed as general manager of the Ko'a Kea Resort on Po'ipu Beach in Kauai, Hawaii. Dayton brings a wealth of operational expertise to his new role, most recently serving as complex director of operations at Kauai Beach Club and Kauai Lagoons with Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
Alexander DeChagas
DeChagas has been appointed as general manager of Hāna-Maui Resort, A Destination by Hyatt in Hāna, Hawaii. DeChagas brings two decades of Hyatt hospitality experience to his role, having previously served as director of rooms for Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, director of operations at Hyatt Centric Times Square New York and director of rooms at The Bellevue Hotel – The Unbound Collection by Hyatt.
Benjamin Duverge
Duverge has been appointed as general manager of Hotel Nia, an Autograph Collection Hotel in Menlo Park, California. Most recently, he served as general manager of the Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco, overseeing operations and guest experience initiatives.
Robert Hannigan
Hannigan has been appointed as general manager of The Beckworth in Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to joining Concord Hospitality, he served as regional director of operations for IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Andrew Harris
Harris has been appointed as duel general manager of the Hotel Theodore Seattle, Tapestry by Hilton and the Mayflower Park Hotel, both in Seattle. He led the successful conversion of a Tapestry Collection hotel during a two-year tenure in Manhattan Beach, California, before returning to Seattle three years ago as general manager of the Graduate by Hilton Hotel.
Kevin Pickard
Pickard has been appointed as general manager of L'Auberge de Sedona in Sedona, Arizona. Pickard joined L’Auberge de Sedona from The Lindy Renaissance Charleston in South Carolina and Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta in Georgia, two Aimbridge Hospitality–managed properties, where he served as dual general manager since 2023.

Katherine Cosgrove
Cosgrove has been appointed as director of sales and marketing at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. Most recently, Cosgrove served as director of sales and marketing at Ashore Resort & Beach Club and as a task force director of sales and marketing for HEI Hotels & Resorts, supporting multiple full-service and resort properties nationwide.
Teresa Higa
Higa has been promoted as director of group and leisure sales at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in Lahaina, Hawaii. She joined Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in 2021 as director of leisure sales, bringing extensive experience across group and leisure sales, market development and revenue growth within the Hawaii hospitality landscape.
