US hospitality hires, promotions: Peregrine Hospitality hires chief operating officer

Fraioli has been appointed as senior vice president of business development at Concord Hospitality. He previously held senior roles at Peregrine Hospitality Group, JLL and Marriott International.

Okabe has been promoted to senior vice president of business development at Concord Hospitality. She has been with Concord Hospitality for more than a decade and has played a key role in several strategic initiatives.

Stege has been appointed as chief operating officer at Peregrine Hospitality. Stege joins Peregrine Hospitality from KBP Inspired, where she served as brand president overseeing the Arby’s brand across four states and 120 locations.

Dayton has been appointed as general manager of the Ko'a Kea Resort on Po'ipu Beach in Kauai, Hawaii. Dayton brings a wealth of operational expertise to his new role, most recently serving as complex director of operations at Kauai Beach Club and Kauai Lagoons with Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

DeChagas has been appointed as general manager of Hāna-Maui Resort, A Destination by Hyatt in Hāna, Hawaii. DeChagas brings two decades of Hyatt hospitality experience to his role, having previously served as director of rooms for Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, director of operations at Hyatt Centric Times Square New York and director of rooms at The Bellevue Hotel – The Unbound Collection by Hyatt.

Duverge has been appointed as general manager of Hotel Nia, an Autograph Collection Hotel in Menlo Park, California. Most recently, he served as general manager of the Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco, overseeing operations and guest experience initiatives.

Hannigan has been appointed as general manager of The Beckworth in Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to joining Concord Hospitality, he served as regional director of operations for IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Harris has been appointed as duel general manager of the Hotel Theodore Seattle, Tapestry by Hilton and the Mayflower Park Hotel, both in Seattle. He led the successful conversion of a Tapestry Collection hotel during a two-year tenure in Manhattan Beach, California, before returning to Seattle three years ago as general manager of the Graduate by Hilton Hotel.

Pickard has been appointed as general manager of L'Auberge de Sedona in Sedona, Arizona. Pickard joined L’Auberge de Sedona from The Lindy Renaissance Charleston in South Carolina and Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta in Georgia, two Aimbridge Hospitality–managed properties, where he served as dual general manager since 2023.

Cosgrove has been appointed as director of sales and marketing at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. Most recently, Cosgrove served as director of sales and marketing at Ashore Resort & Beach Club and as a task force director of sales and marketing for HEI Hotels & Resorts, supporting multiple full-service and resort properties nationwide.

Higa has been promoted as director of group and leisure sales at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in Lahaina, Hawaii. She joined Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in 2021 as director of leisure sales, bringing extensive experience across group and leisure sales, market development and revenue growth within the Hawaii hospitality landscape.

Puizina has been appointed as director of sales and marketing at the Sofitel New York in New York City. She has worked with hospitality brands such as Virgin Hotels, Meliá, Rocco Forte and more. For the past 11 years, she has been based in New York City.

Wallace has been promoted to complex area director of sales and marketing at Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel; Hilton Chicago; and The Drake Hotel in Chicago. She has had an extensive career in hospitality spanning nearly 30 years, with over 26 dedicated to the Hiltons of Chicago Sales Complex.

Altamirano has been appointed as the food-and-beverage director at the Apiary Hotel Belleview Station in Denver. Most recently, Altamirano served as director of food and beverage operations at The Art Hotel, where she led the banquets department and brought the property to life through thoughtfully curated events for both local and visiting guests.

Brand has been appointed as vice president of culinary at the Hotel Emma in San Antonio, Texas. He most recently served as director of culinary endeavors at Potluck, where he has worked to elevate the Pearl neighborhood into a nationally recognized gastronomy hub through chef-driven, highly differentiated concepts.

Ludwig has been appointed as executive chef at the Hard Rock Hotel New York in New York City. He has 20 years of experience across luxury hotels and large-scale dining operations, most recently serving as executive chef at Sofitel New York.

Mykhaylyuk has been appointed as director of restaurants at the Hard Rock Hotel New York in New York City. Most recently, she served as general manager at Merchants Hospitality and has held leadership roles at The McKittrick Hotel, Hugo Hotel, and The Lexington Hotel, where she managed multimillion-dollar food and beverage programs and large-scale teams across both hotel and independent hospitality environments.
