Regal Cinemas' corporate parent, Cineworld Group, is making progress when it comes to its real estate this week, with a U.S. bankruptcy judge granting the company approval to sell a long-vacated property near Atlanta as negotiates with landlords in hopes of walking away from fewer leased movie theaters through bankruptcy proceedings.
