First Tenants Open at Pace Properties' Manchester Highlands Power Center

Wal-Mart Supercenter and Costco to Follow

Brinkmann Constructors, working under developer Pace Properties, recently completed phase one of Manchester Highlands Shopping Center, a power center that will ultimately be 550,000 square feet when complete. The $120 million project is located on 70 acres at Manchester Rd and Hwy 141 in Manchester, MO, a suburb of St. Louis. Open anchor stores include PetsMart, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Ulta Salon & Cosmetics. A Wal-Mart Supercenter (203,710 sq. ft.) and Costco Wholesale Club (163,409 sq. ft.) are scheduled to open early summer 2009.
