JLL to Market $100M Mann Research Center

22-Acre Life Science Complex Coming to Port St. Lucie

Jones Lang LaSalle has been chosen to market the 22-acre Mann Research Center at The Florida Center for Innovation at Tradition in Port St. Lucie, FL. The $100 million, six-building development will total 400,000 square feet. A venture of medical-device mogul Alfred E. Mann, the project will be constructed near the 100,000-square-foot corporate headquarters of Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies, slated to open this month. The Mann Research Center will feature a mix of medical office, research & development, corporate office and retail space. The Mann Research Center will be a cutting-edge life science complex dedicated to making scientific breakthroughs for individuals suffering from debilitating medical conditions.
