LISN Inc., a telecommunications service company, opened its southeast headquarters at 250 Hembree Park Drive in the Northmeadow Business Park in Roswell, GA. The company subleased 18,864 square feet from the previous tenant, Ace Mailing Services. LISN specializes in providing telecommunications service for major telecommunication vendors such as AT&T. Based in Ohio, LISN is attempting to establish a greater presence in the southeast and expand into new markets. Gregory Baxendale of Univest Real Estate Services represented Ace Mailing Services in the deal, while Tommy Clay, also of Univest, represented LISN.
