SL Green Signs Three Leases at New York’s One Vanderbilt

In another sign that premier office towers are still in demand as the battered leasing market seeks to recover, SL Green Realty, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, said it has signed three new leases at One Vanderbilt, its new office tower right by Grand Central Terminal in New York.
