Hoyt Sells Sandusky Retail Parcel for $1.3M

Local Investor Buys 1.5 Acres to Build New Businesses

Sandusky, OH-based Hoty Enterprises Inc. sold 1.49 acres at 4307 Milan Road in Sandusky to Brad Mathewson, a local entrepreneur, for $1.3 million, or nearly $873,000 per acre. There was an 8,500-square-foot Chi-Chi’s restaurant previously on the land. The parcel is located across from Sandusky Mall.
