Priority Wire & Cable, a national utility wire and specialty cable manufacturer based in Arkansas, acquired the five-story Shannon Building in Little Rock, Arkansas, from Silver Tree Partners. Priority Wire plans to occupy space on the top two floors of the building for its headquarters beginning next quarter, according to CoStar information.
