Stamford’s multifamily development cycle has led to larger buildings

The apartment market in the city of Stamford, Connecticut, has been in a development boom since 2010. In the past 15 years, more than 40 multifamily properties with five units or more have been constructed, increasing total inventory by nearly 150%, with more than 9,000 total units added.
