LaeRoc Takes Three Portland Landmarks for $63M

SKB Sells Jackson Tower, Mohawk Bldg. and American Bank Bldg.

Private equity firm ScanlanKemperBard Cos. (SKB) sold the Jackson Tower, the Mohawk Building and the American Bank Building, three of Portland's most recognizable properties, to LaeRoc Partners for $63.1 million, or about $220 per square foot. SKB had previously acquired all three properties in a 2002 portfolio sale.
