Parker/RREEF JV Signs Tenant at Summit Office Campus

Bausch & Lomb has signed a five-year, 24,000-square-foot lease at 30 Enterprise in Aliso Viejo, CA, from a joint venture of Parker Properties and RREEF Alternative Investments, valued at $4.2 million. The eye care products provider plans to relocate its global surgical headquarters to the building.
