Kadima Industrial Partners, a New York-based asset management firm focused on developing and acquiring small-bay industrial warehouses and IOS properties, purchased a shallow bay industrial facility at 215 Salem St. in Woburn, Massachusetts, from Kosow Construction Corp. for $9.5 million, or $152.84 per square foot.
