James Campbell Pays $30M for Cargill Office Bldg.

Falcon Sells 148,220-SF Property in Minnetonka

Hawaii-based real estate company James Campbell Co. acquired the Cargill Office Building in Minnetonka, MN, from Falcon Real Estate Investment Co. for $30.85 million, or $208 per square foot.
