JLL Subsidiary Picks Up 769,800 SF of Class A Office Space From JV

LaSalle Investment Management, an independent subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle, closed on the two World Trade Center towers at 1625 and 1675 Broadway in Denver from a joint venture of Transwestern and Broadreach Capital Partners for approximately $157.8 million, or about $205 per square foot.
