Barnes & Noble Inc. agreed to lease 40,000 square feet in Oakbrook, IL. The bookstore is scheduled to open on Nov. 12 in the Oakbrook Center at 297 Oakbrook Center. The New York-based retailer will replace its existing store in Oakbrook Terrace, which will close on Nov. 11.
