G&E Realty Pays $37M for Peachtree City Multifamily

Prudential, AMLI JV Sells Multifamily in 1031 TIC Exchange

Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors LLC closed on the purchase of The Retreat at Peachtree City apartments for $36.6 million, or approximately $117,308 per unit. Prudential Insurance Co. and AMLI Residential Properties Trust sold the Peachtree City, GA, property as part of a 1031 tenant-in-common exchange transaction at a 5.4% cap rate.
