Solar tracker technology provider, RP Construction Services, or RPCS, was behind one of Louisville’s largest industrial move-ins in the second quarter of 2023. The California-based firm leased the remaining 180,000 square feet to fill Atlanta-based MDH Partners' Park 65 Business Center, a 260,000-square-foot warehouse in Brooks, Kentucky. The multi-tenant property delivered in 2018 and MDH Partners originally purchased the property in 2019, when it was 30% leased to National Tire Wholesale.
